The project includes 120,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space along with 11,000 sq. ft. of administrative offices.  The concept was to provide functional offices and corporate meeting spaces adjacent to the manufacturing facilities so quality control could be ensured. The buildings use metal panel roof and wall systems with aluminum storefront.
